Vandy Beth Glenn is an Atlanta, Georgia native and graduate of the University of Georgia. She served the U.S. Navy as an officer in the Pacific Ocean then worked for a time in Information Technology. In October 2005 she was hired as a legislative editor at the Georgia General Assembly’s Office of Legislative Counsel.
