Washington State Domestic Partnerships and Automatic Conversion

If you are in a Washington state-registered domestic partnership, you might be getting married on June 30, 2014 — without doing a thing. On that day, most Washington state-registered domestic partnerships will be “automatically converted” to marriages under State law.

This May 8 panel of LGBT family law attorneys and state representatives from the Secretary of State’s office and the Washington State Department of Heath presents information and answers your questions, including:
