Lambda Legal Helps Georgia Same-Sex Couples Take Stand for Marriage

Lesbian and gay couples in Decatur, Ga., will request—and be denied—marriage licenses, in a public demonstration to highlight the harms of discriminatory state laws and to call for full equality under federal law.
