After Indiana Committee Passes SB 101, Lambda Legal Urges Full House to Vote ‘No’ on Religious Discrimination Bill

(Indianapolis, IN) - Today, the Indiana House Judiciary Committee, with a vote of 9-4, passed a bill designed to allow private businesses, individuals and organizations to discriminate against anyone in Indiana on religious grounds. The Indiana House Judiciary Committee will consider a bill today that seeks to allow private businesses, individuals and organizations to discriminate against anyone in Indiana on religious grounds.
