(Dallas, TX, September 3, 2013) – Lambda Legal and the ACLU of Texas today filed a friend-of-the-court brief asking the Texas Supreme Court to overturn a ruling from the Fifth District Court of Appeals and allow two married same-sex couples to get divorced.
